The philosophy

Change begins with awareness.

Therapy is a space to slow down and explore your inner world with honesty and curiosity. Together, we make sense of your experiences, recognise patterns, and create the conditions for meaningful change.

Every person is different, so therapy should never follow a single formula. I draw from different therapeutic approaches and tailor the work to you. Whatever brings you here, you will be met with warmth, compassion and honest reflection.

Values

The values that guide my work.

Respect

Every person deserves to be heard with dignity and without judgement.

Compassion

Meaningful change begins with kindness, especially towards the parts of yourself that feel most difficult to accept.

Integrity

I am committed to working honestly, ethically and transparently, creating a therapeutic relationship built on trust and openness.

What to expect

How we'll work together.

01

First meeting

We begin with a free 15-minute introductory consultation. It is an opportunity to ask questions, discuss what brings you to therapy and decide whether working together feels right. If it does, we will arrange your first session.

02

Ongoing work

Sessions are usually weekly, allowing time for a trusting therapeutic relationship to develop. Together, we explore your experiences, deepen understanding and work towards meaningful, lasting change.

03

Ending well

Endings are part of therapy, not an afterthought. When the time comes to finish, we approach it thoughtfully, reflecting on what has changed, what has been understood and what you take forward.

“A conversation is enough to begin.”

If something here has resonated, you are welcome to reach out — or simply book a time to talk.
